Onboard a new Yoco terminal step by step

The moment a new Yoco terminal is registered, WebRun checks it against your standard onboarding checklist, confirming the terminal is linked to the right branch, the payout account is set, and staff logins are ready, posts the checklist status to your ops Slack channel, and emails the new branch manager their login details and a quick start guide.

In short

How do I make sure a new Yoco terminal is fully set up before it goes live?

WebRun checks every newly added Yoco terminal against your standard onboarding checklist, confirming the branch link, payout account, and staff logins are all set. It posts the checklist status to your ops Slack channel, flags anything still outstanding, and emails the new branch manager their login details and a quick start guide, so a new terminal is ready to trade from day one.

  • A new terminal is checked against every setup item before it goes live
  • Ops sees exactly what is still outstanding, not just that setup happened
  • A new branch manager has their login and guide before their first day

Built for multi branch retailers · franchise operators · restaurant groups · ops and IT teams

Questions, answered

Does it set up the terminal itself?

No. WebRun checks a newly added terminal against your setup checklist and flags anything missing. Actually configuring the terminal in Yoco is still done by your team.

What happens if the payout account is not linked yet?

It flags that item as outstanding in the Slack post instead of marking the terminal ready. Nothing gets marked complete until every checklist item actually checks out.

Does the new manager get anything before their first day?

Yes. They get an email with their Yoco login details and a quick start guide as soon as the terminal is set up, so they are not figuring it out on day one.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
