How do I reconcile Yoco card settlements against my accounting records?
WebRun reconciles your Yoco card settlements every weekday morning. It pulls yesterday's settlement batch from Yoco, matches the net payout and fees against the deposit in Xero, and posts your bookkeeper a Slack summary that calls out any mismatch in amount, timing, or fees before it becomes a bigger accounting problem.
- Mismatched settlements get flagged the next morning, not at month end
- Every fee is checked against the right Xero account
- Your bookkeeper only sees the exceptions, not every matched line
Built for small business bookkeepers · retail owners · restaurant finance managers · accounting firms serving card merchants

Secure by default

WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it change anything in Xero on its own?
No. WebRun only reads the bank deposit already in Xero and compares it to Yoco. It never creates, edits, or reconciles a transaction without a human confirming it in Xero.
What if a settlement has not landed in the bank yet?
It flags the delay instead of guessing. WebRun tells you the settlement is still outstanding so nothing gets marked as matched before the money actually arrives.
How does it handle Yoco's fees?
It reads the fee amount Yoco deducted from the batch and checks it lands in the expense account you use in Xero, flagging it if the fee looks off.
