How do I find and remove phone numbers that keep failing to deliver?
Every Monday WebRun opens Textmagic, reads the delivery reports from recent campaigns, and collects the phone numbers that failed repeatedly. It queues each one on a Trello card for you to approve before removal and messages you the summary on WhatsApp, so credits stop being spent on numbers nobody receives.
- Dead numbers surface weekly instead of quietly burning credits
- Every removal is approved by a person before it happens
- You see which list is producing the worst data quality
Built for SMS marketers · campaign managers · small business owners · customer messaging teams

1
Textmagic - read delivery reports
WebRun opens Textmagic to read delivery reports. - Open Textmagic and go to the delivery reports for campaigns sent in the past week
- Capture every phone number with a failed or undelivered result, along with the failure reason

2
Trello - queue the numbers for removal

- List each number, its list, its failure reason, and how many campaigns it failed on
- Leave the card in a Needs approval column. WebRun never deletes a contact or edits a list in Textmagic
Done when This week's cleanup card is waiting for approval on the Trello board.
-
3
WhatsApp - message you the summary
WebRun opens WhatsApp to message you the summary. - Message the campaign owner how many numbers failed again this week and which lists they came from
- Lead with the biggest offender list so the worst data quality is obvious
- Link back to the Trello card waiting for approval
Done when The campaign owner has this week's failure summary on WhatsApp.
How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it delete contacts from my lists?
No. WebRun only queues the failing numbers on a Trello card for approval. Removing or editing a contact in Textmagic stays a manual decision you make yourself.
How many failures before a number is flagged?
More than one by default, so a single network blip does not condemn a good number. Set your own threshold and WebRun applies it to every delivery report it reads.
Is this the same as tracking opt-outs?
No. Opt-outs are people who chose to leave. This reads delivery results instead, catching numbers that were disconnected, mistyped, or never able to receive a message.
