Flag OpenCart orders that need a manual look before shipping

Every morning, WebRun opens your OpenCart admin, reads every order placed since the last check, posts a summary of today's order count and total to Microsoft Teams, and creates a Trello card for any order flagged as backordered, high value, or missing a shipping detail so it gets a manual look before it ships.

In short

How do I flag OpenCart orders that need a manual review before shipping?

WebRun reads your OpenCart admin every morning for new orders, posts a summary of today's count and revenue to Microsoft Teams, and creates a Trello card for any order that's backordered, unusually high value, or missing a shipping detail. Orders that need a second look get flagged the same morning instead of shipping out unchecked.

  • Unusual orders get a second look before they ship
  • Teams gets a clean daily summary without opening the admin panel
  • Review status stays visible in one Trello board

Questions, answered

Does it cancel or approve flagged orders?

No. WebRun only flags orders that look unusual and creates a card. A person decides whether to ship, hold, or contact the customer.

What makes an order get flagged for review?

Being backordered, unusually high value compared to your typical order, or missing a required shipping detail. You can adjust these triggers.

What happens to a card once it's reviewed?

Move it to Cleared in Trello and it won't be flagged again on the next run.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
