Find the step where your funnel loses people
Every Monday, WebRun signs in to ClickFunnels, reads last week's views, opt-ins, and sales for each step of every live funnel, works out where the biggest drop-off happens, writes the numbers into an Airtable history table, and opens a Trello card describing the worst leaking step so someone owns the fix.

How do I find which step of my sales funnel is losing customers?
WebRun reads last week's views, opt-ins, and sales for every step of your live ClickFunnels funnels each Monday. It logs the numbers to an Airtable history, compares each conversion rate against the prior week, and opens one Trello card on the step losing the most buyers, so the leak gets an owner.
- Every Monday names one page to fix instead of a wall of numbers
- A twelve-week history makes slow declines visible
- The leak gets an owner and a checklist rather than a discussion

Questions, answered
Will it change my funnel pages?
No. WebRun reads ClickFunnels stats only. It never edits a page, changes a price, alters an offer, or sends an email broadcast. Every fix is a card a human picks up and decides on.
How does it pick the worst step?
It compares the conversion rate between consecutive steps against the same funnel's previous week, then names the step whose rate fell the most, so the card points at a real change rather than a permanently weak page.
Will it flood my board with cards?
No. Exactly one card is created each week, and if that step already has an open card WebRun adds a comment with the new number instead of opening a second one.
