See which campaigns actually worked last week
Every Monday, WebRun opens Bloomreach, reads the results of every campaign sent in the last seven days, writes each campaign's send, open, click, and conversion figures into Airtable, and opens a Trello card for any campaign that landed below your benchmark so someone owns the fix.

How do I review Bloomreach campaign performance every week?
WebRun opens Bloomreach every Monday and reads the results of every campaign sent in the last seven days. It logs the send, open, click, and conversion figures into Airtable, then opens a Trello card for each campaign that fell below your benchmark so the fix has an owner and a due date.
- Every campaign result is logged the Monday after it sends
- Underperformers get an owner and a due date, not just a chart
- The Airtable base becomes a week-by-week performance history

Done when Every underperforming campaign has a Trello card with a due date.
How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it send or resend a campaign?
No. WebRun only reads Bloomreach reporting. It never sends, resends, schedules, pauses, or edits a campaign, so no customer receives anything because of this run.
What counts as underperforming?
You set the benchmark, for example a minimum open rate or click rate. Any campaign below your line gets a Trello card. Everything else is logged in Airtable without a card.
Will it create duplicate Trello cards each week?
No. WebRun checks the board first and skips any campaign that already has an open card, so a long-running issue stays one card rather than becoming five.
