How do I find and clean up inactive email subscribers?
Every Monday, WebRun opens AWeber, finds subscribers with no opens past your cutoff, and tags them as dormant. It builds a Trello card per list showing the count, a suggested keep or remove call, and the subscriber total after cleanup, then sends you the summary on WhatsApp. Nothing is deleted without your approval.
- Dormant subscribers are tagged every week without a manual segment build
- You see what a cleanup would do to your subscriber count before approving it
- Deliverability stays healthier because dead addresses stop receiving sends

Questions, answered
Will it delete subscribers on its own?
No. WebRun only applies a dormant tag and queues the call on a Trello card. Nothing is unsubscribed or deleted until you approve it and do it yourself in AWeber.
Will it email the dormant subscribers?
No. This workflow never sends a broadcast or a re-engagement email. It hands you a tagged segment, and you decide whether to write to them from AWeber.
How long counts as dormant?
You choose the cutoff, commonly 180 days with no opens. WebRun reads live open activity in AWeber each Monday, so anyone who opened since the last run drops off the list.
