How do I review my SMS campaign performance every week without pulling reports by hand?
WebRun opens Attentive every Monday and reads the past week of campaign results, comparing click and unsubscribe rates against the prior week. It opens a Trello card for each send that fell out of its usual range, then sends your marketing group a short WhatsApp scorecard of the week.
- The team starts Monday knowing which sends worked
- Underperforming campaigns land on the board instead of being forgotten
- Unsubscribe drift is caught the week it starts

Questions, answered
Can it send or schedule campaigns?
No. WebRun only reads reporting in Attentive. It never creates, edits, schedules, or sends a campaign, and it never touches your subscriber lists.
How does it decide a campaign underperformed?
It compares each send against that campaign's own recent range, not a fixed target, so a normal week for a small segment is not flagged as a failure.
Where do the flagged campaigns go?
Each one gets a Trello card on your marketing board with the figures and the send date in the description, so the review work sits where your team already plans.
Put this on autopilot.
