Triage every form submission the moment it lands

Whenever new submissions land, WebRun opens Zoho Forms, reads each entry with its answers and attachments, saves any uploaded files into a Google Drive folder named for the submitter, and posts a triaged summary to the Slack channel that owns that form, flagged urgent when the answers match your rules.

In short

How do I route and triage form submissions automatically?

WebRun reads each new Zoho Forms submission within minutes, saves the uploaded files into a Google Drive folder named for the submitter, and posts a summary to the Slack channel that owns that form. Entries matching your urgency rules are flagged at the top so the right person responds first.

  • Every submission reaches its owning channel within minutes
  • Attachments are filed per submitter instead of scattered in an inbox
  • Urgent entries are flagged before anyone reads the detail

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens forms.zoho.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

    • Keep the post internal. Never reply to the submitter from this run

Done when Every new submission has been routed to its owning Slack channel.

Questions, answered

Will it reply to the person who submitted the form?

No. WebRun posts internally to Slack and files the attachments in Google Drive. It never emails or messages the submitter. If you want an acknowledgement sent, WebRun drafts it and a person approves it.

How does it decide what is urgent?

By rules you set on the answers, such as a service type, a budget band, or a chosen deadline. Matching entries carry an urgency flag at the top of the Slack post so the right person acts first.

Can it route different forms to different channels?

Yes. Map each form to its owning channel when you set it up and every submission lands where the team that handles it will see it, rather than in one shared firehose.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
