Follow up with anyone who struggled on an AhaSlides quiz
Every hour, WebRun checks AhaSlides for presentations that finished since the last run, reads each participant's quiz score, posts the overall results and average score to Microsoft Teams, and opens a Trello card for anyone who scored below your passing threshold so their manager can plan a follow-up.

How do I follow up with participants who scored low on an AhaSlides quiz?
WebRun checks AhaSlides every hour for presentations that finished, reads each participant's quiz score, posts the overall average and pass count to Microsoft Teams, and opens a Trello card for anyone who scored below your passing threshold. Training gaps get flagged for a follow-up the same hour instead of the quiz results being seen once and forgotten.
- Below-threshold participants get a tracked follow-up within the hour
- Overall session results are visible without opening AhaSlides
- Training gaps are caught the same day as the session

Questions, answered
Does WebRun contact the participant who scored low?
No. It only posts the overall results and opens a Trello card. Deciding how and when to follow up with that person is left to their manager or trainer.
What counts as the passing threshold?
Whatever score you set as the passing bar for that quiz. Only participants scoring below it get a Trello follow-up card.
Does it identify participants who answered anonymously?
No. If AhaSlides has no name tied to a response, WebRun can only include that score in the overall average, not in the individual follow-up list.
