In short

How do I make sure every new engineer's Warp setup actually gets finished?

WebRun checks Warp when a new engineer joins to confirm they have workspace access and can see the team's shared Warp Drive workflows, tracking any remaining step on a Trello checklist. Once every item is checked off, it posts a welcome note in Microsoft Teams, so onboarding does not depend on someone remembering to follow up.

  • No new hire is left without shared workflow access because it was forgotten
  • Setup progress is visible on one Trello card instead of scattered messages
  • The team only hears about it once setup is genuinely finished

Questions, answered

Does WebRun invite the new engineer to Warp itself?

No. It checks whether access already exists and tracks what is missing. Sending the actual invite stays with whoever manages your Warp workspace.

What counts as setup being complete?

Workspace membership and access to the team's shared Warp Drive workflows and notebooks. You can add more checklist items if your team's onboarding covers more than that.

Will it post to Teams before setup is finished?

No. The Teams announcement only goes out once every checklist item is checked off, so the channel is not full of half-finished onboarding updates.
