Catch a missed pickup window before the customer does
Every few minutes, WebRun opens BeyondTrucks, compares each scheduled pickup to its appointment window and the driver's live status and location, and escalates any run that has missed or is about to miss its window to the dispatch Slack channel, pinging on-call over Telegram for the worst cases.

How do I get alerted when a bulk pickup is going to miss its window?
WebRun compares every scheduled pickup in BeyondTrucks to its appointment window and the driver's live ETA every 10 minutes. It escalates any run that is late or about to be late to your dispatch Slack channel and pings on-call over Telegram for the worst cases, so a slipping window is caught and worked before the customer notices.
- Late pickups are escalated while there is still time to recover them
- On-call is paged only for the runs past your threshold, not every slip
- The customer is never messaged without a dispatcher deciding

Questions, answered
Does it contact the customer about the delay?
No. WebRun escalates only to your internal dispatch Slack channel and to on-call over Telegram. Any message to the customer is left for a dispatcher to make. It never notifies the customer on its own.
How does it know a pickup will be late?
It reads the appointment window in BeyondTrucks and the driver's live status, location, and ETA on every run, then flags any pickup already past its window or projected to miss it.
Will it keep pinging after the run is handled?
No. It stops escalating a pickup as soon as it completes or is rescheduled in BeyondTrucks, so on-call is not paged about a run that is already resolved.
