Get unhappy survey responses to an owner the same hour
As each SurveySparrow response lands, WebRun reads the NPS score and the comment, and when the score is a detractor it opens a Trello card with the contact details and messages the named follow up owner on WhatsApp.

How do I route unhappy survey responses to an owner straight away?
WebRun watches your SurveySparrow responses as they arrive. When a score falls into detractor territory, WebRun captures the comment and the contact details, opens a Trello card for the named follow up owner, and sends a WhatsApp alert, so the save attempt happens the same hour.
- Detractors reach a named owner within the hour, not at the weekly report
- Every low score carries its comment and account details into the card
- Promoters and passives are filtered out so the queue is only real saves

What does WebRun do on every run?
The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.
-
WebRun signs in and gets to work
Opens
app.surveysparrow.comin a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys. -
1
SurveySparrow - read the new response
WebRun opens SurveySparrow to read the new response. - Open SurveySparrow and go to the responses list for the live survey
- Read the newest response: NPS score, written comment, and the contact behind it
- Skip anything scoring in your promoter or passive band and keep only detractors
Done when The new response is classified and its score, comment, and contact are captured.
-
2
Trello - open a follow up card
WebRun opens Trello to open a follow up card. - Open the customer success board and add a card to the save attempt list
- Title it with the contact name and the score, and paste the comment into the card
- Assign the card to the follow up owner for that account and set a due date of today
Done when Every detractor response has a Trello card with an owner and a due date.
-
3
WhatsApp - alert the follow up owner
WebRun opens WhatsApp to alert the follow up owner. - Message the internal customer success group with the score, the comment, and the card link
- Name the owner so it is clear who is making the save attempt
- Send nothing to the respondent. The outreach is written by the owner, not by WebRun
Done when The owner has the detractor, the comment, and the card in WhatsApp.
How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it reply to the unhappy customer for me?
No. WebRun never contacts the respondent. It opens an internal Trello card and alerts your owner on WhatsApp, and the human writes and sends the actual save attempt.
What counts as a detractor?
You set the band. By default WebRun treats scores of 0 to 6 as detractors, and you can raise or lower that line or add a keyword rule on the comment text.
What happens to happy responses?
They are skipped. WebRun only creates a card and an alert for responses inside your detractor band, so the queue stays a real work list.
