In short

How do I send morning arrival reminders for surf lessons automatically?

Every morning, WebRun opens WaveRez, lists the lessons booked for today, and drafts a short arrival-reminder SMS for each guest in Twilio with the start time and meeting spot. It queues every text for your approval and posts a Slack summary, so guests get a timely nudge and no-shows drop.

  • Fewer no-shows because every guest gets a same-day reminder
  • Beginners know exactly where and when to meet the instructor
  • Front desk approves a ready queue instead of texting each guest by hand

Questions, answered

Will it text guests on its own?

No. WebRun drafts each reminder and queues it in Twilio for your approval. A person reviews the queue and releases the texts, so nothing goes to a guest automatically.

What if a booking has no phone number?

It flags that booking in the Slack summary instead of drafting a text, so your team can phone the guest or reach them another way. No reminder is silently skipped.

Does it double-text guests with two lessons?

No. It groups back-to-back bookings for the same guest into a single reminder that lists both sessions, so nobody gets two texts on the same morning.

Put this on autopilot.
