Questions, answered
Will it text guests on its own?
No. WebRun drafts each reminder and queues it in Twilio for your approval. A person reviews the queue and releases the texts, so nothing goes to a guest automatically.
What if a booking has no phone number?
It flags that booking in the Slack summary instead of drafting a text, so your team can phone the guest or reach them another way. No reminder is silently skipped.
Does it double-text guests with two lessons?
No. It groups back-to-back bookings for the same guest into a single reminder that lists both sessions, so nobody gets two texts on the same morning.
Put this on autopilot.
