Get a weekly scorecard of your Paperform submissions

Every Monday, WebRun opens Paperform, pulls the past week's submission count and completion rate for each live form, posts a scorecard to Microsoft Teams comparing it to the prior week, and opens a Trello card for any form whose completion rate dropped so someone reviews the form for friction.

In short

How do I track weekly Paperform submission trends and catch drop-offs?

Every Monday, WebRun pulls the past week's submission count and completion rate for each live Paperform form, posts a scorecard to Microsoft Teams comparing it to the week before, and opens a Trello card for any form whose completion rate dropped. Forms losing conversions get flagged for review the same week instead of drifting unnoticed for a month.

  • Completion rate drops get flagged the same week, not the same quarter
  • The team sees form performance without exporting Paperform data
  • Every flagged form gets a tracked Trello card, not a forgotten note

Questions, answered

Which forms does the scorecard include?

Every form currently marked live in your Paperform account. Draft or archived forms are skipped from the weekly scorecard.

What counts as a drop worth flagging in Trello?

Any form whose completion rate fell compared to the week before gets its own Trello card, so a person can review it for new friction.

Does WebRun change anything on the form itself?

No. It only reads submission data and reports it. Editing a form to fix a drop in completion rate is done by your team in Paperform.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
