How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it message the person who has to sign?
No. The WhatsApp message goes to your internal team group only. WebRun never contacts a recipient, never resends a document, and never triggers a PandaDoc reminder on your behalf.
Does it change document expiry dates?
No. WebRun reads the expiry date PandaDoc already holds and reports it. Extending an expiry, resending, or voiding a document stays a manual decision for the document owner.
What happens when a document gets signed?
It drops off the next list. WebRun reads live PandaDoc status each morning, so a completed document is excluded and its Trello card is marked done rather than chased again.
