In short

How do I get a daily digest of my PalmPay wallet transactions?

WebRun checks your PalmPay wallet every night, lists every payment received and transfer sent that day, and saves the total to a dated spreadsheet in Google Drive. It then posts the day's collections and outflows, with the largest transaction called out, to Slack, so your team starts the next day already knowing where the wallet stands.

  • Every transaction is logged without manual entry
  • The team sees the day's net position by end of night
  • Monthly totals are always current in Google Drive

Questions, answered

What counts as an outflow?

Any transfer or withdrawal that leaves the PalmPay wallet. It is totaled separately from money received so the daily net is clear.

Can WebRun send or withdraw money from my PalmPay wallet?

No. WebRun only reads transactions that already happened and reports on them. It never sends a payment, withdraws funds, or moves money on its own.

Can I see last month's totals?

Yes. Every day's transactions are saved to a dated file in Google Drive, and the running monthly total file is updated alongside it, so history is always a click away.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
