How do I track Affirm orders that need manual review?
WebRun checks Affirm every hour for orders marked canceled, disputed, or held for review, then logs each one to Airtable with its amount and reason and drafts a Gmail summary for your team. It never cancels, refunds, or approves anything itself, so nothing sits unnoticed while still leaving every decision to a human.
- Flagged orders get logged within the hour instead of at month end
- The largest disputed amounts surface first, not buried in a list
- Every review decision and refund still goes through a human

Questions, answered
Will it cancel, refund, or approve an order on its own?
No. WebRun never sends a payment, issues a refund, or transfers funds by itself. It only reads Affirm's order status, logs it, and leaves the decision and any refund for you to approve.
Will it email the customer about their order?
No. The Gmail draft is an internal summary for your team. WebRun never emails a customer on its own; every message stays a draft until you send it.
How does it avoid logging the same order twice?
It checks the Airtable base before adding a row, so an order already logged from a prior run is skipped and only its status is updated.
