Questions, answered
Will it send review requests without my approval?
No. Every review request is saved as a Gmail draft and held for your review. Nothing is sent to the client until you approve and send it yourself.
Why two to four days after the job instead of immediately?
Research shows clients are most likely to leave a review when the completed work is still fresh but they have had a day to appreciate the result. Two to four days hits the sweet spot for painting jobs.
What if a client had a complaint or the job ended badly?
Because every draft passes through your Slack queue before sending, you can simply skip or delete the draft for any client where a review request would be inappropriate.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
