Questions, answered
Will it charge the client's card automatically?
No. WebRun creates a Stripe invoice and drafts the email, but nothing is sent or charged until you review and approve the draft. The client receives the payment link only after you send it.
How much is the deposit set to?
The deposit percentage is set by you during setup. WebRun applies the same rate to every accepted estimate, but you can adjust the draft before sending if a job warrants a different amount.
What happens after the client pays?
Stripe records the payment automatically. You can connect a follow-up automation to move the job to scheduled status in Jobber once the deposit clears.
