Questions, answered
Will it send review requests to patients automatically without staff approval?
No. Every review request is staged as a draft in Weave and held until a staff member reviews and approves. Nothing is sent to a patient without explicit human sign-off.
What if a patient had a poor experience or raised a complaint?
Patients with an open complaint or service issue note in Eyefinity are excluded from the draft batch automatically. Staff can also remove any individual draft before approving.
Does it post any reviews on behalf of the practice?
No. WebRun drafts outreach messages to patients asking them to leave a review. It does not post, respond to, or modify any Google Business reviews directly.
