In short

How do I find and review dormant OneLogin accounts every week?

WebRun checks every OneLogin account's last login date each Monday, adds any account dormant for 30 days or more to a Trello review board, and messages your IT admin that the list is ready. It never disables or removes an account itself, so every dormant login is reviewed by a person before any access changes.

  • Dormant accounts get flagged weekly instead of discovered during an audit
  • IT works from one review board instead of exporting OneLogin manually
  • Every access change stays a human decision, never automatic

Questions, answered

Does WebRun disable or remove a dormant account?

No. WebRun only flags accounts and adds them to the review board. Disabling, suspending, or removing access is always left for your IT admin to decide and do.

How is dormant defined?

Any account with no login recorded in OneLogin for 30 days or more. It uses the login timestamp OneLogin already tracks, nothing WebRun measures itself.

What happens once an account logs in again?

It is moved to the resolved list on the Trello board the same week, so the review board always reflects who is actually still dormant.
