How do I track all my open Nike orders in one place?
WebRun tracks your Nike orders every morning. It reads the status, tracking number and expected date of every order not yet delivered, posts a grouped delivery board to Microsoft Teams, and flags on Telegram any order past its promised date or with tracking that has stopped moving.
- The whole team sees what arrives today without logging in
- Late orders surface the day they slip, not a week later
- Every chase starts with the order number and tracking reference in hand

Questions, answered
Can it buy anything or change an order?
No. WebRun only reads your order history. It never adds to cart, never places an order, never cancels or returns one and never enters payment details. Buying stays entirely in your hands.
Does it contact Nike support for me?
No. Late orders are flagged in your own Telegram channel with the order and tracking numbers so a person can open the chase. WebRun never messages support or a courier on your behalf.
What counts as a stuck order?
An order past its promised delivery date, or one whose tracking has not moved for the number of days you set. Both thresholds are yours to choose during setup.
