How do I catch missing anatomy scan views before the patient leaves?
WebRun opens Sonio through the day and checks each anatomy exam against the required fetal anatomy view checklist. It lists any missing views or quality-flagged images and posts the sonographer a Slack summary using patient initials only, ranking on-site patients first so gaps get reshot before the patient leaves the clinic.
- Missing anatomy views get caught while the patient is still on site
- Fewer callback scans for views that could have been reshot same visit
- Sonographers see gaps in Slack minutes after the exam, not days later
Built for maternal-fetal medicine practices · MFM sonographers · prenatal imaging centers · OB ultrasound units

Questions, answered
Does this send anything to patients?
No. WebRun only posts an internal Slack list to your sonographers. It never contacts a patient, so the only action it takes is telling your team which views to reshoot while the patient is still in the room.
How does it know which views are required?
It reads the required anatomy view checklist Sonio already applies for each exam type and lists any view that is missing or any image the quality check flagged. You can adjust which exam types it watches in the plan.
Will it flag exams the patient has already left?
Yes, but it ranks them lower. WebRun puts exams where the patient may still be on site at the top of the Slack list, so same-visit reshoots come first and completed exams stay a follow-up.
