How do I automatically build an ingredient shopping list from my meal-prep orders?
WebRun opens GoPrep every Thursday, pulls every confirmed order for the upcoming prep cycle, and expands each into its recipe's ingredients, totaling the quantity of every item by weight and unit. It logs the full list to Google Sheets and sends your purchasing manager the shopping list on Telegram, so ordering from suppliers takes minutes instead of a manual tally.
- Purchasing manager gets a full shopping list without tallying recipes by hand
- Ingredient quantities are totaled across every recipe automatically
- Unusual quantity jumps are flagged before the supplier order goes out

Questions, answered
Does it place the supplier order for me?
No. WebRun only compiles the shopping list and totals the quantities. Placing or confirming the order with a supplier is left for your purchasing manager to do.
How does it total ingredients across different recipes?
It expands every confirmed order into its recipe's ingredient list in GoPrep, then sums the same ingredient across every recipe and order into one total quantity.
What if I add a last-minute order after the list is sent?
It reads the live confirmed orders in GoPrep each time it runs, so the next run folds in any late order. A same-day addition should still be added to the list by hand.
