Questions, answered
Does it contact the customer about their allergy directly?
No. WebRun only reviews order data already on file in GoPrep and posts an internal alert to your kitchen lead. It never messages a customer about allergy or dietary information on its own.
Does it decide whether a recipe is safe to serve?
No. It flags the order and matches the allergen against the recipe's ingredients, but confirming the meal is safe to serve is always left to your kitchen lead's final check.
What if a customer adds an allergy note after the review runs?
It reads the live customer profile and order list in GoPrep each morning, so a next run picks up the change. A same-day addition should still be flagged to the kitchen directly.
