Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it reply to comments publicly on its own?
No. Every suggested reply is drafted in Gmail and left unsent, and nothing is posted to a social account. A person reads the draft, edits it, and publishes the reply in Loomly.
How does it decide what needs a human?
Comments that read like a complaint, a refund request, or a legal or safety issue are marked for a human at the top of the queue, with the drafted reply kept as a starting point rather than a suggestion to send.
What about comments a teammate already answered?
WebRun reads the live reply status in Loomly each morning, so anything answered overnight is skipped and the queue only holds interactions that are genuinely still waiting.
Put this on autopilot.
