What counts as stale?
Any comment or direct message with no reply after 24 hours. Anything past 48 hours is called out first in the WhatsApp alert.
Does it double up on items already logged?
No. Once an item has a Trello card, it is only updated, not duplicated, and it moves to Done as soon as it gets a reply.
