Catch listings running low on stock

Every morning, WebRun opens Lazada Seller Center, reads the available stock on every active listing, works out which SKUs fall below your reorder point, posts the ranked low-stock list to Telegram, and queues an SMS in Twilio for the warehouse lead on anything about to sell out.

In short

How do I get alerted when Lazada listings are running low on stock?

WebRun opens Lazada Seller Center every morning, reads available stock on every active listing, and ranks the ones below your reorder point by days of cover. It posts that list to Telegram and queues an SMS in Twilio for the warehouse lead on any SKU about to sell out.

  • Fast-moving SKUs are reordered before the listing goes out of stock
  • The ops channel sees remaining cover in days, not raw units
  • No SMS leaves Twilio without a human approving it

Done when An urgent-SKU SMS is queued for approval, or the day is confirmed clear.

Questions, answered

Will it text anyone without approval?

No. The warehouse SMS is drafted and queued in Twilio and stays unsent until you approve it. The Telegram list is an internal channel post, so that one goes up on its own.

Can it change stock levels or prices in Lazada?

No. The run is read-only in Seller Center. WebRun reads stock and reports it. Editing a listing, adjusting stock, or changing a price stays with your team.

How does it decide what counts as low?

It compares available units against the reorder point you set per SKU, then ranks by days of cover using your recent sales pace, so fast movers surface before slow ones.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
