Fill the empty days in next week's social calendar
Every Monday, WebRun opens Khoros, reads the publishing calendar for the week ahead, notes which days and channels have no scheduled posts and which posts are still sitting in approval, drafts a nudge in Gmail for each pending approver, and posts the gap list to Slack.

How do I find the empty days in next week's social publishing calendar?
WebRun opens Khoros every Monday and reads next week's publishing calendar, marking the days and channels with nothing scheduled and the posts still waiting on approval. It drafts a Gmail nudge for each approver and posts the gap list to Slack, so the social team fills the week while there is still time.
- Empty days are spotted on Monday, not on the day they go out
- Every pending approval has a named owner and a drafted nudge
- The team sees gaps per channel instead of guessing from a grid

Questions, answered
Will it schedule or publish posts for me?
No. WebRun only reads the Khoros calendar and reports what is missing. It never creates, schedules, approves, or publishes a post, and the approver emails stay unsent in Gmail Drafts until you send them.
Does it count posts that are still in approval?
Yes, separately. Posts waiting on approval are listed on their own with the approver's name, because a day that looks booked can still go out empty if nobody approves in time.
Can it check only certain channels or campaigns?
Yes. Tell WebRun which channels and campaigns matter and it limits the gap check to those, so a dormant channel does not show up as a gap every Monday.
Put this on autopilot.
