How do I keep my Khoros case queue and Trello escalation board in sync?
WebRun checks every open Khoros case every morning against the cards already on your Trello escalation board, closes out cards for resolved cases, adds a new card for anything escalated but missing, and posts the reconciliation summary to Microsoft Teams. It never resolves a case itself, leaving that to your support team.
- The escalation board never drifts out of sync with actual case status
- Long-open cases get flagged before they're forgotten
- Support leads see the diff without manually cross-checking two systems

Questions, answered
Does WebRun close or resolve cases itself?
No. It only reads case status in Khoros and updates the Trello board to match. Actually resolving a case is still done by your support team.
What happens to a card if a case reopens?
The next run catches the status change and moves the card back onto the active board, so the two systems stay aligned.
Does it create duplicate cards?
No. It only adds a card for a case that has no existing card, and otherwise updates the one already there.
