In short

How do I get a daily cash position from my business bank account?

WebRun signs in to HSBC each morning, reads the balance on every account, and lists the standing orders and scheduled payments due in the next five days. It posts the resulting cash position to Slack and texts you through Twilio when a projected balance falls below your floor, so shortfalls are seen early.

  • The cash position is known before the working day starts
  • A shortfall is spotted five days ahead of the payment
  • Balances reach the team without account numbers leaving the bank

Questions, answered

Can it move money or make a payment?

No. WebRun reads balances and the list of scheduled payments. It never initiates a transfer, never sets up a payee, never cancels a standing order, and never authorises anything. Money movement stays with you.

Are my account numbers posted to Slack?

No. Accounts appear by the nickname you choose during setup. Account numbers, sort codes, and card details are never written into Slack or into a text message.

Will it text me every morning?

No. The text is reserved for mornings when an account's five day projection falls below the floor you set. Otherwise you just get the quiet Slack summary.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
