Questions, answered
Will it update prices in Epicor Eagle automatically?
No. WebRun only builds the comparison report and flags changes for your review. No prices are updated in Epicor Eagle until you explicitly approve and apply the changes yourself.
How does it recommend a new retail price?
It applies your current margin percentage to the new cost to suggest a retail price that preserves your margin. You can override the recommendation before approving any update.
Can it handle price files from multiple suppliers in different formats?
Yes. Tell WebRun the column layout for each supplier's file and it will normalize the format for comparison, so you do not need to reformat files before uploading.
