Questions, answered
Will it email contractors without my staff reviewing the message first?
No. Every follow-up is saved as an unsent Gmail draft. A staff member reviews and sends each one, so no contractor receives an unreviewed message.
How does it know a quote has not been responded to?
WebRun reads the quote status in Epicor Eagle. Any quote still marked open past your configured age threshold is included in the follow-up list.
Can I adjust the follow-up window from three days?
Yes. Tell WebRun your preferred threshold and it will only flag quotes older than that age, so you control when the first follow-up is triggered.
Put this on autopilot.
