Questions, answered
Will it message members or change the schedule?
No. This is an internal report. WebRun only reads attendance in Pike13 and posts your team a digest in Telegram. It never contacts members, cancels a class, or edits the schedule. Any change to your timetable stays with you.
How does it work out fill rate?
It reads each class's booked count against its capacity in Pike13, then expresses how full it ran as a share of the seats available. Logging it to a sheet each week shows which slots are weak as a pattern, not a one-off.
Why log to a sheet as well as Telegram?
The Telegram digest is the quick weekly read. The Google Sheet keeps the running history, so you can see whether a slow slot is a seasonal dip or a class that has quietly faded and needs a rethink.
