In short

How do I get alerted about DottedSign documents that are still unsigned?

Every morning, WebRun finds DottedSign documents sent more than five days ago that are still unsigned, saves a status export to Google Drive, and alerts the document owner in Slack with who still needs to sign. Stale signature requests get surfaced and assigned an owner instead of quietly aging in the background.

  • Stale requests get an owner alerted the same morning, not weeks later
  • A dated export history shows exactly how long a document has been stuck
  • Only genuinely overdue documents make the chase list

Questions, answered

Will it resend the signature request to the signer?

No. WebRun only flags the stale request and alerts the owner in Slack. Resending the request from DottedSign is a step the owner takes themselves.

What counts as stale?

Any document sent for signature more than 5 days ago that is still not complete, so the chase list stays focused on requests that are genuinely overdue.

Does it keep a history of past chases?

Yes. Each day's status export is saved to Google Drive alongside earlier ones, so you can see how long a document has actually been stuck.

Put this on autopilot.
