How do I set the price it alerts on?
You set a price ceiling per release on your wantlist, and can add a minimum media condition. Only listings meeting both trigger a Telegram ping.
Will it alert me about the same listing over and over?
No. It remembers what it has already flagged, so a listing that stays up is reported once. A new listing on the same release still pings you.
