Find the records sitting unsold in your shop
Every Monday, WebRun opens your Discogs seller inventory, records how long each listing has been up and how its price compares to the other copies for sale in the same condition, writes the full inventory into Airtable with its age and price position, and builds a Notion shortlist of the slow movers worth repricing, ready for you to approve.

How do I find records that are not selling in my Discogs shop?
WebRun reviews your Discogs seller inventory every Monday, recording how long each record has been listed and how your price compares to the other copies for sale in the same condition. It logs everything in Airtable, then builds a Notion shortlist of slow movers worth repricing for you to approve.
- Stock older than 90 days is named every Monday instead of forgotten
- Overpriced listings are shown against the actual competing asks
- Listings missing photos or descriptions get a quick fix list

What does WebRun do on every run?
The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

1
Discogs - review inventory age and pricing
WebRun opens Discogs to review inventory age and pricing. - Open your Discogs seller inventory and list every active listing
- Capture the release, artist, format, media and sleeve condition, your price and the date listed
- Record how many days each listing has been live
- For the slowest listings, open the release page and note the number of copies for sale and the price range for the same condition
- Flag listings priced above every comparable copy currently for sale
- Note listings with no photos or an empty comments field, since those sell more slowly
Done when Every active listing has an age, a price and, for slow movers, a comparison against other copies for sale.
-
2
Airtable - log every listing
WebRun opens Airtable to log every listing. - Open your inventory base and upsert one row per listing, keyed on the Discogs listing id
- Fill in release, artist, condition, price, days listed and where your price sits against the copies for sale
- Close out rows for listings that have sold or been removed since the last run
- Add a view sorted by days listed so the oldest stock is always at the top
Done when Airtable matches your live Discogs inventory with each listing's age and price position.
-
3
Notion - build the repricing shortlist
WebRun opens Notion to build the repricing shortlist. - Write this week's repricing shortlist in Notion
- Include listings over 90 days old and any listing priced above every comparable copy
- For each one show your price, the range other sellers are asking, and a suggested price for you to consider
- List the missing-photo and missing-description listings separately as a quick fix section
- Change nothing in Discogs. WebRun never edits a price, never delists an item and never messages a buyer
Done when You have a Notion shortlist of what to reprice, with the comparison behind each suggestion.

Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it change my prices on Discogs?
No. WebRun suggests, you decide. Editing a price, delisting an item and messaging a buyer all stay manual, because a repricing mistake on a rare pressing is expensive and hard to walk back.
How does it decide a listing is overpriced?
It opens the release page and compares your asking price against the other copies currently for sale in the same media and sleeve condition. A listing above every comparable copy is shortlisted with the actual range shown.
Does it cover my whole inventory or just the slow movers?
Airtable holds every active listing with its age and price. The Notion shortlist is deliberately short: listings over 90 days old plus anything priced above every comparable copy, so the weekly read stays quick.
