Turn your happiest customers into reviews and referrals

Every Monday, WebRun opens Delighted, pulls last week's promoter responses with their scores, comments, and customer properties, drafts a review or referral ask for each one on a Trello card using their own words, and sends you the shortlist on WhatsApp to approve.

In short

How do I turn Delighted promoters into reviews and referrals?

Every Monday WebRun opens Delighted, pulls last week's promoters with their scores and their own comments, and matches each to the customer record. It drafts a review or referral ask per person on a Trello card and sends you the shortlist on WhatsApp, ready to approve and send.

  • Promoter feedback becomes public proof instead of a line in a report
  • Every ask quotes the customer's own words back to them
  • Nobody is asked twice inside six months

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens delighted.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1

    • Open Delighted and filter last week's responses to promoters
    • Capture the score, the written comment, and the customer properties on each response
    • Skip anyone already asked in the last six months and anyone who left no comment

Done when Every eligible promoter from last week is listed with their comment.

  3. 2
Trello - draft an ask per promoter
    trello.com How to Automate Trello

    • Create one card per promoter on your advocacy board
    • Draft the ask in the card: a short, warm message quoting their own words back and asking for a public review or an introduction
    • Leave every card in the To approve list. Nothing is sent to a customer from here

Done when Each promoter has a card with a drafted ask waiting for approval.

  4. 3
WhatsApp - send you the shortlist
    whatsapp.com How to Automate WhatsApp
WebRun in WhatsApp: send you the shortlist
WebRun opens WhatsApp to send you the shortlist.
    • Send you the week's promoter shortlist, highest score and strongest comment first
    • Include the quote WebRun drafted the ask around, so you can judge it at a glance
    • Note how many promoters were skipped for having been asked recently

Done when You have this week's promoter shortlist on WhatsApp.

Questions, answered

Will it message customers asking for a review?

No. Every ask is drafted onto a Trello card in your To approve list and stays there. A person on your team reads it, edits it, and sends it. Customers never hear from WebRun.

How does it avoid asking the same person twice?

It checks your advocacy board for an existing card and skips anyone asked in the last six months, so a happy customer is never nagged run after run.

Does it reply to the survey response in Delighted?

No. WebRun reads responses only. It never replies in Delighted, edits a response, or changes a customer property.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
