In short

How do I get alerted before my Dave account balance runs low?

WebRun checks your Dave account balance every hour against the minimum you set, archives a daily snapshot to Google Drive, and posts an alert to Slack the same hour it dips. It never requests an advance or moves money itself, so you get a timely heads up to add funds before a scheduled payment overdraws the account.

  • A low balance gets flagged the same hour, not after an overdraft
  • A daily snapshot builds a balance history automatically
  • Healthy balance hours never trigger a false alert

Questions, answered

Will it request an advance to cover the shortfall?

No. WebRun never sends a payment, issues a refund, or transfers funds on its own. It only reads the balance and alerts you, leaving any advance request or transfer to you in Dave.

How is the minimum balance set?

You choose the dollar amount when you turn the workflow on, and WebRun only alerts you when the live Dave balance drops under it.

Will I get repeat alerts all day?

No. It checks hourly but the Slack alert only fires when the balance newly crosses your minimum, not on every check.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
