Questions, answered
How does it know which items have been resolved?
WebRun reads the live punchlist status from Knowify each morning. Items marked complete in Knowify are automatically removed from the next day's Slack list and updated in Airtable.
Will it contact the customer about unresolved punchlist items?
No. WebRun only posts internally to Slack and logs to Airtable. It does not send any message to a customer. Customer-facing notifications stay entirely in your hands.
Can it track punchlist items on multiple concurrent jobs at once?
Yes. WebRun scans all near-complete jobs in Knowify each morning and compiles punchlist items across every active project into a single ranked Slack digest.
