Questions, answered
Will it email customers automatically?
No. Every follow-up email is drafted in Gmail and held for your review. WebRun never sends a message to a customer without you approving it first. You review the drafts in Gmail and send them yourself.
How old does a change order need to be before it triggers a follow-up draft?
By default, WebRun drafts a follow-up for any change order that has been pending more than 2 days. You can adjust that window during setup.
What if the customer already signed and Knowify was not updated?
WebRun reads the live status in Knowify each run, so if a change order is marked signed before the draft is sent, it is skipped automatically.
