Questions, answered
What happens if a job is rescheduled after the digest goes out?
The digest reflects whatever is in Knowify at run time. If you reschedule a job after the digest posts, just update Knowify and the next morning's digest will reflect the change. For same-day changes, update the Slack message manually.
Can it send schedule messages directly to crew members via text?
No. WebRun posts to Slack only. Customer-facing or personal text messages are not sent automatically. For direct texts to workers, add a Twilio integration step and review each message before sending.
Does it cover both concrete pours and paving work on the same day?
Yes. WebRun reads all job types scheduled for today in Knowify, so pours, paving runs, sub-base work, and finishing crews all appear in the same digest, grouped by crew.
