In short

How do I get new matching CVs from the Catho resume database every day?

Every morning, WebRun opens Catho, runs the saved resume searches behind each open vacancy, and picks out profiles that are new since yesterday. It posts a short digest of the matches to Slack and opens a Trello card per candidate, so your recruiter starts the day with a sourcing list.

  • Hard-to-fill roles stop waiting on inbound applications
  • Only profiles new since yesterday reach the recruiter
  • Every match arrives as a card ready to action, with the link attached

What does WebRun do on every run?

Questions, answered

Will it message candidates on its own?

No. WebRun finds matching profiles and lists them for your recruiter. Every message to a candidate is written and sent by a person, so nobody is approached by an automation.

Will I see the same profile every day?

No. WebRun records the profiles it has already reported and only digests what is new or updated since the previous run.

How does it decide what matches?

It uses the searches you already saved in Catho, one per vacancy, so the filters are the ones your recruiters set. Change a saved search and the next run follows it.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
