How do I keep my Campaign Monitor subscriber lists clean between sends?
Every Monday WebRun opens Campaign Monitor, reads the week's bounces and unsubscribes, and reconciles them against every subscriber list and segment. It posts the list-health report to Microsoft Teams and drafts a suppression request in Gmail, so deliverability does not decay quietly send by send.
- Dead addresses are found between sends, not after deliverability drops
- Every bounce is matched to the lists it still sits on
- Removals are proposed for approval, never done silently
Built for email marketers · marketing operations · agencies · ecommerce teams

Questions, answered
Will it delete subscribers from my lists?
No. WebRun proposes a suppression list and nothing more. Every removal is drafted in Gmail for a person to approve, and no subscriber, list, or segment is edited or deleted.
Does it send any campaigns?
No. It never creates, schedules, or sends a campaign. It reads bounce and unsubscribe data between sends and reports on it, and the Gmail summary is left unsent as a draft.
How does it treat a one-off soft bounce?
A single soft bounce is reported but not proposed for suppression. Only hard bounces and addresses that soft bounce repeatedly across sends make the removal list.
