Keep your best-selling parts on the shelf

Every morning, WebRun opens Lightspeed Retail, scans inventory for parts and accessories that have fallen below their reorder point, groups low-stock items by supplier, drafts a purchase order email for each one in Gmail, and posts a reorder summary to Slack so your buyer can review and submit before stock runs out.

In short

How do I automatically create purchase orders when bike shop inventory gets low?

Every morning, WebRun scans Lightspeed Retail for parts and accessories below their reorder point, groups them by supplier, and drafts a purchase order email for each one in Gmail. It posts a prioritised reorder summary to Slack so your buyer can review and submit the orders before shelves go empty.

  • Popular parts are reordered before they sell out, not after a customer asks
  • The buyer starts each day with ready-to-send purchase orders in Gmail
  • Zero-stock items are flagged first so the most urgent orders are sent first

Good to know

Questions, answered

Will it send purchase orders to suppliers automatically?

No. WebRun drafts every purchase order and saves it in Gmail. Your buyer must review the quantities and send each one. Nothing is submitted to a supplier without human approval.

How does it know what quantity to order?

It reads the reorder quantity set on each product in Lightspeed Retail. Update those figures in your POS and WebRun will use them.

Can it handle multiple suppliers in one run?

Yes. It groups all low-stock items by their primary supplier in Lightspeed Retail and creates one draft purchase order per supplier, so you get a tidy email per vendor.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
