Will it schedule or send a newsletter itself?
No. WebRun reads the schedule and reports the gaps. Scheduling a post or hitting send stays yours, so nothing reaches your subscribers without you choosing to publish it.
How does it know which days should have a post?
You tell it your normal publishing days once, for example every Tuesday and Friday, and it treats any of those days without a scheduled send as a gap.
What if a post is scheduled after the run?
The next Monday run reads the live schedule again, so a post you queue during the week simply shows the day as covered and it drops off the gap list.
