Track tab walkouts and unpaid balances every morning
Every morning, WebRun opens SpotOn and scans for tabs from the previous night that have a zero or short payment, captures the tab amount, table, time, and bartender, then logs each walkout into your tracking Google Sheet so managers can see the total exposure and decide on follow-up.

How do I automatically track bar tab walkouts from my POS each night?
WebRun scans SpotOn every morning for tabs from the prior night that closed with zero or short payment, logs each one into your Google Sheet with the amount, time, bartender, and section, and updates the running monthly walkout total. Managers open one sheet each morning to see exactly how much was lost and by whom.
- Every walkout is logged before the morning manager review, not discovered at month end
- Running monthly totals make it easy to see if losses are trending up week over week
- Bartender patterns surface in the sheet without any manual sorting or analysis

Questions, answered
Will it charge the customer's card on file for a walkout automatically?
No. Any decision to charge a saved card, contact a customer, or write off a walkout requires manager review. WebRun only logs the unpaid tab details into the sheet for your follow-up.
How does it tell a walkout apart from a legitimate void or comp?
It looks for tabs where the total is greater than zero but the collected payment is zero or less than the total, and cross-checks that the tab was not marked as a comp or void in SpotOn before flagging it.
Can it also flag which bartender had the most walkouts over time?
The sheet logs the bartender column on every row, so you can filter or sort by bartender to see patterns. You can also ask WebRun to add a monthly bartender summary tab to the sheet during setup.
