How do I automatically get a bar event night performance recap from my POS?
WebRun pulls SpotOn sales data every morning after an event night and posts a formatted Slack recap covering total covers, gross revenue, average spend per cover, the top 10 selling items, and the comp percentage. Ownership sees the full event performance picture before the morning meeting without pulling a single report manually.
- Event ROI is visible in Slack before the morning debrief, not buried in the POS

Questions, answered
How does it know which nights are event nights?
You can tag the event in SpotOn's reporting or configure WebRun to run the recap every morning regardless, pulling whatever the prior night's figures show. On non-event nights the recap still runs and you get standard sales data.
Can it compare this event to the same event last year?
Not automatically in the initial setup, but you can ask WebRun to also pull the same date from last year's SpotOn data and include a year-over-year comparison line in the Slack recap.
Will it post anything to social media about the event performance?
No. The recap goes only to your private owner or management Slack channel. Any public posts about the event require your own manual action and are never done by WebRun.
