Questions, answered
Will it message individual bartenders directly about their rank?
No. WebRun only posts the leaderboard to the channel you configure. Whether to share individual results with staff is your call as the manager, and no direct messages are sent to employees.
Can I include tips in the ranking, not just sales?
The report uses SpotOn's employee sales data. If tip totals are available in that report, you can ask WebRun to include them as a secondary column alongside gross sales.
What if a bartender only worked one shift and skews the ranking?
The leaderboard shows gross totals for the week by default. You can ask WebRun to also display average sales per shift so that full-week staff are not unfairly compared to those with fewer shifts.
